Engagement Worker

I am one of the Engagement Workers for Gwent N-Gage, although a relatively newbie to the substance use service, lived experience has given me the passion to help others. I am also a youth worker which allows me to bring many qualities to the role which are needed when working with young people.
Area of interest: The personable part of it, so being on the ground and actively engaging with young people where they are at. It is great that we get to provide them with knowledge, but find it extremely important to be out there with them as they teach us so much in return!
Random fact: I can't sleep at night without a crime documentary being on my television.
